As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's growth by strategically recruiting qualified candidates and aligning them with roles that suit their expertise and skills. By working closely with various departments, you gain insight into each team's unique needs and priorities, allowing you to design recruitment strategies that attract the most suitable candidates. You manage the recruitment and onboarding processes for all positions, collaborating regularly with stakeholders to ensure staffing requirements are met effectively.
Your approach strikes a balance between delivering positive experiences for both candidates and hiring managers. Over time, you continuously refine recruitment strategies and identify new sourcing channels, leveraging advanced techniques to build efficient pipelines for prospective candidates. To support your success, familiarize yourself with our HRIS system and engage in networking events and workshops. You also coordinate interviews and contribute to various tasks aimed at improving team performance and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration, or marketing
- 3+ years of recruitment experience with a proven record of success in complex, high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Equivalent combination of training, experience, and education
Preferred:
• Certification as a Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or a Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR).
